Bayern Munich eye AC Milan’s Fikayo Tomori for defensive reinforcement

Bayern Munich are actively scouting for defensive reinforcements and have set its sights on Fikayo Tomori, currently with AC Milan. According to reports from Florian Plettenberg, the German club has expressed interest in the British centre-back, although the likelihood of Milan letting him go seems slim due to his importance to the team.

Tomori, who has been a key player for Milan, would have the opportunity to make a significant leap in quality with the German club, filling one of the vacancies left in the squad following the departures of players like Dayot Upamecano or Matthijs de Ligt.

Bayern Munich remain keen on the central defender, driven by the recommendation of German coach Thomas Tuchel. Despite Tuchel’s imminent departure from the Allianz Arena on June 30th, he continues to seek the best options for his squad, and securing Tomori could be one of the major coups of the transfer market.
