Milan preparing 100 million for four players

AC Milan are preparing a revolution. After having closed, pending announcements, Paulo Fonseca as their new coach, the Rossoneri are going to experience an important transfer market. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the club wants to sign a new center forward, a center back, a right back and also a midfielder.

The idea is to spend 100 million on these operations, a figure possible thanks to qualifying for the Champions League and the 22 million euros that Atalanta will pay for De Ketelaere. In the forward position, where Luka Jovic will stay for another year as an alternative to the starter, the most important signing will be needed to replace a mainstay like Giroud. The big favorite is Zirkzee from Bologna, who would wear the number 9 and be an untouchable starter, something that other clubs that are looking for him cannot guarantee. His termination clause costs 40 million euros and the Rossoneri are ready to accelerate.

In midfield, the main target is Youssouf Fofana, a midfielder from Monaco, who is perfect to give the midfield more strength and help in the defensive phase. His transfer fee would be around 25 million.

In defense, two new faces are needed: a center back and a right back. For the first objective, the name on the table is Igor, ex-Fiorentina now at Brighton, who would cost around 20 million euros. The alternative to Calabria on the right wing could be Emerson Royal from Tottenham, although the 30 million that the Spurs are asking for, for now, complicate the negotiation. Tiago Santos from Lille is a more affordable alternative, with a price of between 10 and 12 million.
