Not a day goes by without the football market dedicating a special chapter to the future of Joao Félix. The Atlético Madrid footballer, who has played this season at Barça on loan, could be the protagonist of another of those surprising moves from next season.
According to several English website, Manchester United and Atlético Madrid could have a possible exchange of players on the table that would solve two important problems in their respective clubs. A complex operation, which would be in an embryonic phase, but which could be viable.
From the outset, Atlético Madrid would be in a position to agree on another loan or even a transfer of Joao Félix to Manchester United. It is no secret that Cholo Simeone does not want the Portuguese footballer in his squad and is trying by all means to find him a way out before the start of the next season.

In return, Manchester United would use the same formula to get rid of Mason Greenwood, who in this case would join Atlético Madrid. The English striker is also unwanted in the United ranks and in recent months he has been a player with a long list of suitors. There has even been speculation about an interest from FC Barcelona in negotiating a possible transfer.
Difficult situation
Joao Félix’s future is totally uncertain. Until just a few days ago, Xavi had asked not to renew the loan of the Portuguese footballer. However, now with the arrival of Hansi Flick on the bench, the coach is expected to present a detailed report to know his opinion on cases such as that of the Portuguese international. To all this, and while Jorge Mendes continues to scan the market for alternatives, there is always the option of extending the commitment with Barça with the approval of Atlético Madrid.
