Real Madrid deny interest in Bundesliga star Dani Olmo

Real Madrid have ruled out a move for RB Leipzig midfielder Dani Olmo, despite reports linking the Spanish playmaker with a return to La Liga.

Olmo, who has been in impressive form for Leipzig since joining from Dinamo Zagreb in 2020, has been touted as a potential target for Real Madrid in recent months. However, the club’s stance remains clear: they are not interested in signing the 25-year-old.

Real Madrid are currently in the midst of a generational shift, with a focus on bringing in young, talented players who can form the core of the team for years to come. While Olmo is undoubtedly a talented player, he does not fit into the club’s current transfer strategy.

Olmo’s Future Uncertain

With Real Madrid out of the picture, Olmo’s future remains uncertain. He is under contract with Leipzig until 2025, and he has expressed his happiness at the club. However, it is always possible that another top club could come in for him in the future.

Real Madrid are expected to be active in the transfer market this summer, with a number of key positions needing to be filled. They are reportedly interested in signing a new midfielder, a defender, and a striker.
