Real Madrid star Rodrygo vows to fight for his place

With Kylian Mbappé set to join Real Madrid this summer, Rodrygo Goes has no intention of giving up his place without a fight.

Mbappé’s arrival is expected to shake up the Real Madrid attack, with many wondering how Carlo Ancelotti will fit all of his star players into the lineup. Some have speculated that Rodrygo could be the one to make way for Mbappé, but the Brazilian is not ready to give up his spot without a fight.

“Rodrygo is not going to make things easy for Mbappé,” a source close to the player told Mundo Deportivo. “He wants to stay at Madrid and he’s not afraid of the competition.”

The 21-year-old is confident that he can compete with Mbappé for a starting spot. “I know that I’m a good player and I can help this team,” he said. “I’m going to fight for my place and I’m not going to give it up easily.”

Mbappé is expected to be one of the biggest signings in Real Madrid history, but he will not be given a free pass to the starting lineup. Rodrygo is determined to fight for his place, and it will be interesting to see how Ancelotti manages his star-studded attack next season.
