Atalanta considers move for Young Roma defender Dean Huijsen

Atalanta manager Gian Piero Gasperini is reportedly interested in signing young Dutch defender Dean Huijsen from Roma, according to Tuttosport.

The 18-year-old centre-back is currently on loan at Serie B side Frosinone, where he has impressed with his performances.

Gasperini is looking to strengthen his defence for next season and believes Huijsen could be the ideal player. The Italian coach is known for his attacking style of play, but he also wants his team to be solid at the back.

Huijsen is a strong and athletic defender who is comfortable playing with the ball at his feet. He is also good in the air and has a good positional sense.

Atalanta could make a move for Huijsen in the summer transfer window. They could also try to sign him in January, but Roma may be reluctant to let him go mid-season.

If Huijsen does move to Atalanta, it will be a major coup for the club. He is a talented young player with a bright future ahead of him.
