PSG slaps Barcelona with high ticket prices for Champions League clash

FC Barcelona is surprised by the exorbitant prices set by PSG for the tickets to the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final on April 10. The prices are not for those that will be put on sale for the public, but for those that the club may request beyond those essential for the directors. The message from the French club is clear: favors and commitments come at a golden price.

Beyond the tickets that the French club will provide to Barça for the management team, if the entity headed by Joan Laporta needs extra tickets to cover favors or commitments with family members or other club employees, they will have to pay a very high price: 600 euros. This is the price that PSG will charge Barça for each ticket request, according to Sport.

The information has been received with incredulity by the Barça board of directors, which understands that this is the most important match of the season and, therefore, sees it as logical that the Catalan expedition to the French capital should be relatively large.

Apparently, PSG members who pay the annual subscription can watch Champions League matches at no extra cost. This means, therefore, that the Parisian entity has few free or available places to manage, hence the high prices.

Therefore, FC Barcelona will have no choice but to pay up if they want to meet commitments beyond those set by the UEFA protocol. Those tickets are free. But beyond those guaranteed for the board of directors, you will have to pay. One by one.
