Kylian Mbappé’s future at Real Madrid: What we know so far

The saga surrounding Kylian Mbappé’s future continues, with Real Madrid fans eagerly awaiting news of the French striker’s next move.

Mbappé himself has remained coy on the matter, saying recently: “I have nothing to announce. The day I have something to say, I will say it, but until then, there is nothing to say.”

However, his words must be taken with a pinch of salt, given the context and location in which he spoke. It seems increasingly likely that Mbappé will indeed sign for Real Madrid this summer.

This is further supported by claims from Javidatos, a contributor to Real Madrid TV. “If Kylian Mbappé does not play for Real Madrid next season, he will have to pay the club a colossal sum, practically equivalent to the cost of the renovation of the Santiago Bernabéu stadium,” he said on the show “X”.

This suggests that Florentino Pérez and José Ángel Sánchez have learned from their past mistakes and are determined not to let Mbappé slip through their fingers again.

Of course, there is still no guarantee that Mbappé will sign for Real Madrid. But based on the evidence available, it seems like the most likely outcome.
