Atalanta Bergame target young Welsh international Jordan James

Atalanta Bergame are reportedly interested in signing young Welsh international Jordan James.

The 19-year-old midfielder currently plays for Birmingham City, where he is under contract until June 2025.

James has made 41 appearances for Birmingham this season, scoring eight goals. He has also been capped three times by Wales.

According to Team Talk, Atalanta are willing to pay €10 million for James. The Italian club are looking to strengthen their midfield ahead of next season.

James is a talented young player who would be a good fit for Atalanta. He is a strong and physical midfielder who is good at winning the ball and breaking up play. He is also a good passer and has an eye for goal.

Atalanta are known for their attacking style of play and James would be able to contribute to this. He would also add some much-needed steel to their midfield.

A move to Atalanta would be a major step up for James. He has only been playing at the top level for a few seasons and has yet to prove himself in a major league.

However, he has the potential to be a top-class midfielder and a move to Atalanta would give him the opportunity to play at the highest level and compete for trophies.
