Napoli target Mexican striker to replace Victor Osimhen

Napoli could replace Victor Osimhen with a Mexican goalscorer.

At the end of the season, Napoli are expected to part ways with striker Victor Osimhen. The Nigerian striker, who has a release clause of €130 million, is reportedly being courted by Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United.

To replace him, Napoli are looking to the Netherlands. According to journalist Nicolo Schira, they have shortlisted Santiago Gimenez (22). The Mexican international is under contract with Feyenoord until June 2027 and is valued at €60 million by his club.

Courted by several clubs such as West Ham and AC Milan, the Buenos Aires native is having a great season with 24 goals and 4 assists in 34 appearances in all competitions.
