Florentino Pérez sees Jamal Musiala as a future star for Real Madrid. The young Bayern Munich midfielder is versatile and has great chemistry with Jude Bellingham, another player the club is interested in.
Real Madrid has not lost sight of Musiala despite the imminent arrivals of Kylian Mbappé and Alphonso Davies. The club is always looking for young talent to fit its sporting project, and Musiala fits the profile perfectly.
With Luka Modric and Toni Kroos nearing the end of their careers, Florentino Pérez knows he will need to replace them soon. Arda Güler is one of the players who could take their place, but Musiala is also a very interesting option.
Bild reports that the Real Madrid president has already sounded out Musiala’s camp, but his price tag is currently exorbitant. Bayern Munich would reportedly demand more than €150 million to let him go in the next few summers.
Real Madrid is not the only club interested in Musiala. PSG and Manchester City are also following him closely. Bayern Munich is therefore aware that it will need to offer its player a new contract to keep him.
A meeting is planned between Bayern Munich, Musiala and his representatives to discuss the terms of a contract extension. The player is open to talks and could sign a new deal that would tie him to the Bavarian club until 2028.
Real Madrid will therefore have to wait for Musiala. Bayern Munich will not let him go easily, but Florentino Pérez is patient and knows that the best players always end up signing for Real Madrid.
