Juventus eyeing midfield replacements as Rabiot’s future remains cloudy

Juventus are preparing for all possibilities as the future of midfielder Adrien Rabiot remains uncertain, reports Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Italian giants would ideally like to keep the 28-year-old Frenchman on their books. However, with his contract expiring in just three months, Juve are starting to explore potential replacements.

Two names have emerged as possible targets: Lewis Ferguson of Bologna and Mikel Merino of Real Sociedad.

Ferguson, a 24-year-old Scottish midfielder, has impressed with his performances in Serie A this season. Merino, a 27-year-old Spanish international, brings experience and La Liga pedigree to the table.

Rabiot’s future will likely hinge on contract negotiations with Juventus. If they can’t reach an agreement, the Bianconeri will be ready to move on with one of these potential replacements.
