German giants Bayern Munich are reportedly exploring a move for Girona left-back Miguel Gutierrez, according to Sky Sports Deutschland’s Florian Plettenberg.
The Bavarians are looking to bolster their options at left-back with the future of Alphonso Davies uncertain. Davies has been linked with a move away from the Allianz Arena, and Bayern are preparing for all possibilities.
Gutierrez, a 22-year-old Spanish talent, has impressed with Girona this season. Bayern see him as a potential key player for the future, but he wouldn’t come cheap. His contract includes a release clause set at €35 million, valid until 2027.

However, Bayern’s top target remains AC Milan’s Theo Hernandez. The French international is considered the ideal replacement for Davies, but securing his signature would likely be even more expensive.
This move suggests Bayern are actively preparing for a potential departure of Davies. Gutierrez represents a promising young option, while Hernandez remains their dream target.
