Barcelona are reportedly looking to replace Robert Lewandowski with Benjamin Sesko, the young Slovenian striker who has been dubbed the “new Haaland.”
Sesko, 20, has been in impressive form for RB Leipzig this season, scoring 11 goals in 29 appearances in all competitions. He has also broken into the Slovenia national team, scoring four goals in six appearances.
The young forward is known for his strength, speed, and finishing ability. He has also been praised for his work ethic and attitude.
Sesko has a release clause of €50 million (£42.5 million), which is considered to be a bargain in today’s market. Barcelona are not the only club interested in the player, with AC Milan, Liverpool, Manchester United, and Arsenal also reportedly monitoring his situation.
If Barcelona are able to sign Sesko, it would be a major coup for the club. The young forward has the potential to be a world-class player, and he could help Barcelona to return to the top of European football.
