The future of Kylian Mbappé is the talk of the town. Everyone has weighed in, from pundits to fans to players. The Bondy-born footballer is determined to leave the Parc des Princes, and all signs point to him joining Real Madrid.
One of the latest to weigh in is Hugo Lloris. The goalkeeper and former captain of the French national team spoke to Le Parisien, the newspaper closest to PSG.
In the interview, Lloris spoke about what he thinks will happen with Mbappé: “Change can only bring positive things,” he began. “It’s most likely that he will join the biggest club in the world, or at least the most successful,” he said, dropping a hint that his 2018 World Cup teammate will be arriving at the Santiago Bernabéu.
“Kylian has it all: his performances on the field, his charisma and his personality off it. That will allow him to reach his ultimate personal goals. We all want to see him win the Ballon d’Or, win the Champions League. He’s already at the top and he’ll do everything he can to stay there and remain the best,” he concluded.
In the wrong place
It seems that Mbappé has realized that he won’t be in the spotlight he deserves as a player of his quality in France. For this reason, he is going to arrive at the Santiago Bernabéu with the aim of making history.
It’s never too late to make this decision. In 2024, he had the last chance to wear the white shirt and he is not going to waste it. Florentino Pérez, for his part, is building a team to dominate the next decade.
