Tottenham Hotspur eye Sevilla defender Loïc Badé

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Sevilla defender Loïc Badé, according to reports. The French defender has impressed since joining Sevilla from Nottingham Forest last summer.

He has formed a strong partnership with Sergio Ramos at the heart of the Sevilla defence.

Badé’s performances have attracted the attention of several Premier League clubs, including Tottenham. Spurs are looking to strengthen their defence in the summer transfer window.

They see Badé as a potential long-term option at centre-back. Badé is aware of the interest from Tottenham, but he is focused on his current club.

“I’m focused on working hard and concentrating on the games,” he told Estadio Deportivo.

“It’s gratifying to know that important teams are showing interest, but my focus is on my performance here.”

Badé is also happy with life at Sevilla and is open to staying at the club for the long term.

“I feel very good here,” he said. “If necessary, I’ll be here for many more years. I’m really happy here.”

Tottenham will have to pay a significant fee to sign Badé, who is under contract at Sevilla until 2026.

However, they are confident of reaching an agreement with the Spanish club.

Badé would be a good addition to Tottenham’s squad and would help to improve their defence.

He is a young, talented defender with a lot of potential. He has played 27 games for Sevilla this season and scored two goals for Sevilla this season.

If he can continue to develop at Sevilla, he could become a top player in the Premier League.
