Real Sociedad are in a crisis ahead of their Champions League clash against Paris Saint-Germain. The Basque club have been hit by a wave of injuries, with several key players ruled out for the first leg.
Kieran Tierney and Aihen Munoz are already out, while Robin Le Normand, Alvaro Odriozola, Sherldo Becker, and Mikel Oyarzabal are all doubts.
The injuries have left Real Sociedad’s defense in tatters, and they will be up against a PSG side that is firing on all cylinders.
Kylian Mbappe is still undecided about his future, but he has been in excellent form for PSG this season. The French forward has scored 22 goals in 28 appearances, and he will be a major threat to Real Sociedad’s weakened defense.
PSG also have Lionel Messi and Neymar in their attack, and the two South American stars will be looking to add to their impressive goal tallies.
Real Sociedad will need to be at their very best to get anything out of the first leg at the Parc des Princes. However, given their current injury crisis, it looks like a tall order.
