PSG: Wolfsburg Makes Offer for Hugo Ekitike

Hugo Ekitike is finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. After being frozen out following his refusal to join Eintracht Frankfurt on the final day of the summer transfer window, the 21-year-old French-Cameroonian striker was not used by Luis Enrique during the first half of the season for Paris Saint-Germain.

His departure this winter is therefore more than expected from both the player himself and the Parisian management, which has already received a written offer from the other side of the Rhine.

Indeed, according to L’Equipe, Wolfsburg, which has been following the former Reims man for some time, has submitted a paid loan offer with no option to buy to secure the services of the former France U20 international (6 caps) until the end of the season.

The French daily also reports that the capital club is still in talks with Wolverhampton, while Frankfurt has returned to action due to difficulties in the Arnaud Kalimuendo file. It remains to be seen whether the 21-year-old striker will agree to leave Paris this winter.
