Granada close to signing Martin Hongla

Left out of Hellas Verona’s squad to face Inter Milan, Martin Hongla’s future is far from the city of Juliet Capulet. The Cameroonian, as reported by Matteo Moretto, is one step away from Granada, a team he defended in 46 matches.

Thus, it is expected that tomorrow the Nazari team will hold a meeting to secure the arrival of Hongla, who would become the third winter reinforcement after the arrival of Bruno Méndez and Augusto Batalla. Granada want to get out of the relegation zone and are moving in the January market to do so.

The signing of Martin Hongla would be a significant boost for Granada. The Cameroonian is a versatile midfielder who can play in a variety of positions. He is also a strong and physical player who is good at winning the ball back.

Hongla’s arrival would give Granada more options in midfield and help to strengthen their defense. The Nazari team are currently in 19th place in La Liga and are fighting to avoid relegation. With the addition of Hongla, they will be hoping to improve their chances of staying up.
