Kylian Mbappé to Reject PSG Contract Extension, Join Real Madrid

The future of Kylian Mbappé is expected to be resolved in the coming days, with the French striker reportedly set to reject a contract extension from Paris Saint-Germain and join Real Madrid.

Mbappé’s current deal with PSG expires at the end of the season, and he has been free to negotiate with other clubs since January 1. Real Madrid has been the frontrunner to sign him, and it is now widely believed that he will join the Spanish giants.

Francisco Buyo, a journalist based in Madrid, is certain that Mbappé has chosen Real Madrid. Speaking on the Spanish television show El Chiringuito, Buyo said, “I know that Kylian Mbappé will not renew with PSG. He is much closer to Real Madrid now than he was six months ago.”

Buyo did not say that Mbappé will sign with Real Madrid on December 31, but he is confident that the deal will be completed soon.

A source close to the Mbappé family told the French newspaper L’Equipe that the striker is “not opposed to extending his contract with PSG,” but that he is “very close to signing with Real Madrid.”

PSG has made several attempts to convince Mbappé to stay, including offering him a contract that would make him the highest-paid player in the world. However, Mbappé is reportedly more interested in playing for Real Madrid, which has won the Champions League a record 14 times.

Mbappé’s arrival at Real Madrid would be a major coup for the Spanish club. He is one of the best players in the world, and he would give Real Madrid a major boost in its quest to win the Champions League again.

The transfer would also be a major blow to PSG, which has spent heavily to build a team of superstars. However, the club has already begun to rebuild, signing several young players in recent months.

The announcement of Mbappé’s transfer is expected to come soon.
