Bayern Munich: Thomas Müller extends contract until 2025

Thomas Müller, 34, has extended his contract with Bayern Munich until 2025. The German forward has been a key player for the Bavarian giants for over a decade, and he is still a valuable asset to the team despite his age.

Müller has made 684 appearances for Bayern, scoring 237 goals and providing 261 assists. He has won 11 Bundesliga titles, 6 DFB-Pokals, 2 Champions Leagues, and 1 FIFA Club World Cup with the club.

“I am happy that my journey at FC Bayern continues,” Müller said in a statement. “I want to play my role in the success of our team and for the entire club. It is important for me to be a pillar and help steer the team in the right direction. I want to delight our fans with goals, assisting goals, my love of the game, my passion for football – and hopefully with many other titles.”

Müller’s extension is a major boost for Bayern. He is a versatile player who can play in a variety of positions, and he is still one of the best passers and finishers in the world. Müller’s experience and leadership will be invaluable to Bayern as they look to continue their success in the coming years.
