‘BILD’ reveals Real Madrid dressing room party in Germany: a big one

From Germany comes surprising information related to the match between Union Berlin and Real Madrid played last Tuesday, December 12. The newspaper BILD tells all.

Real Madrid closed the group stage of the current edition of the Champions League against Union Berlin. The German team showed great fighting spirit in their stadium, scoring the first goal of the match just before half-time and equalizing the two goals from Joselu. But Dani Ceballos, in a move during added time, scored to secure the last three points of this stage.

This perfect Champions League round was a reason for celebration for the White team, who left the Union Berlin stadium and took a different path from the usual. Instead of returning to Madrid to rest and recover, the Real Madrid players decided to celebrate the victory against the German team and everything that it entailed by going to the Kitty Cheng Bar restaurant.

This establishment, located in an exclusive area of Berlin, was the meeting point for the players called up by Carlo Ancelotti for the match in Germany. The information published by the newspaper BILD details the place and the chronology of a meeting that Real Madrid gave the green light to: Ancelotti had communicated to his pupils that there was no training at Valdebebas the next day.

Rest

According to BILD, the Real Madrid players were there from 2:30 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. After the celebration, the entire squad took a plane back to Madrid to recover their energies for the next training sessions this week. With their minds set on the match against Villarreal, normality has returned to the Valdebebas Sports City.

This occasion is truly exceptional. Carlo Ancelotti repeated his famous phrase of “day off tomorrow” after the victory against Union Berlin as a way of recognizing the efforts of his pupils, who have gone down in history by achieving the third perfect group stage in the history of the White team: now the challenge is to improve previous records to reach the final in London and win it.
