PSG Confirms Marquinhos’ Absence Against Newcastle Due to Injury

In an official statement, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has confirmed the unavailability of Marquinhos, who sustained an injury last week while on international duty with Brazil. Additionally, four other players will be absent in the upcoming match against Newcastle.

The medical update provided on Monday, November 27, outlines the conditions of Marquinhos, Warren Zaïre-Emery, Nuno Mendes, Presnel Kimpembe, and Keylor Navas. Marquinhos, dealing with a minor injury to his right hamstring, continues with a tailored rehabilitation program. Warren Zaïre-Emery is under the care of the medical staff due to a right ankle sprain. Nuno Mendes is progressing through his treatment protocol, while Presnel Kimpembe is gradually reintegrating with the team after his recovery process. Keylor Navas is following a rehabilitation program for lumbar discomfort.
