The Brazilian would be sacrificed to finance the arrival of Kylian Mbappé. The cost of bringing in Kubo would be lower than what the sale of Rodrygo would fetch, and the difference would be used (partially) to pay for Mbappé’s contract and that infamous signing bonus, which, according to some sources, could reach a nine-figure sum. The Spanish media, in any case, seem convinced that Real Madrid would be more than victorious with such an operation!
