Future of Mohamed Salah, Fabrizio Romano makes a major announcement

Fabrizio Romano, transfer specialist, has made things clear regarding the future of Mohamed Salah, very courted in Saudi Arabia.

Two years from the end of his contract at Liverpool, Mohamed Salah is announced with insistence on the side of Al Ittihad. The Saudi club would be ready for all the madness to sign the Egyptian international from this summer transfer window

Mohamed Salah is Saudi Arabia’s new priority. This Gulf country has surprised many this summer by recruiting great players. The Pharaoh is now in the crosshairs of Al Ittihad. The reigning champion club in the Saudi Pro League dreams of a duo with Karim Benzema. Although Liverpool are not ready to lose their star striker, the Saudi club are pushing.

The transfer window in Saudi Arabia ends on September 7. Al Ittihad have 48 hours to raise their bids and try to finally sign Salah. In recent hours, it has been announced that the Saudi club is preparing a gigantic offer of 251 million euros.

Fabrizio Romano: “For Liverpool, Mohamed Salah is untouchable”

Liverpool are determined to keep their player. Despite the huge offers from Al Ittihad, the Reds do not intend to give in. This is what Jurgen Klopp had to repeat in a press conference every time the question was asked of him.

In the DeBrief podcast, Fabrizio Romano confirmed this. For Liverpool leaders, Mohamed Salah is an untouchable player. So, a departure this summer is to be ruled out.

“I think the Saudis will come back because it’s something normal for them. Let’s go back in terms of Liverpool’s approach, the players’ camp approach but I think it will by no means be something concrete or advanced because Liverpool, honestly, have always been clear. Every time we had all these rumors […] Liverpool always sent the same message: the player is untouchable. Mo Salah is not going anywhere,” said the Italian journalist.
