In a highly sought-after transfer move, Bologna and Sassuolo have emerged as strong contenders to secure the services of the former AS Monaco player, Fodé Ballo-Touré, currently contracted to AC Milan. The 26-year-old left-back, whose contract runs until 2025, seems unlikely to remain with AC Milan for the upcoming season, as both Bologna and Sassuolo have put forward enticing offers.
Bologna and Sassuolo, two prominent Italian clubs in Serie A, have tabled offers amounting to €4 million to AC Milan for the talented defender. While West Ham and Fulham have shown genuine interest, they have yet to present written proposals, although initial discussions have taken place. Across the Bundesliga, Werder Bremen has raised the stakes with a bid reaching €5 million, inclusive of bonuses.
Milan, accepting the offers from both clubs, has placed the ball in Ballo-Touré’s court, where he must now deliberate over his next move. However, it is important to note that no contractual agreement has been reached at this stage.
