An agreement falls in the Jérémy Livolant file

Guingamp winger Jérémy Livolant has made his choice on his next club. Jostled between Bordeaux, ASSE and Lecce, an agreement has been reached.

It is a superb reinforcement that Bordeaux will enlist. EA Guingamp right winger Jérémy Livolant will join the Girondins in the coming hours, announces L’Équipe. After several days of negotiations, the leaders of the two clubs have reached an agreement. The player will leave En Avant Guingamp for a sum of around 1.2 million euros, to which will be added several bonuses.

The 25-year-old winger will sign a three-year contract, with an additional year optional. At Guingamp, he was still under contract until the end of the next financial year. Several clubs were interested in his profile, but Bordeaux was more convincing than ASSE and Lecce. The club led by Gérard Lopez is therefore finally recruiting a right winger to try to balance the relationship between its right and left sides, led by Zuriko Davitashvili. Dilane Bakwa should leave the club.

Rafiki Saïd, a time considered

ASSE was counting a lot on the arrival of Jérémy Livolant to occupy the right side. It’s grated. AS Saint-Etienne did not want to match the price demanded by the Bretons. At the same time, the staff continued their search to find the ideal replacement. The Stéphanois hoped to have found it in the person of Rafiki Saïd, but the Comorian winger signed up with Troyes a few days ago.

The manhunt therefore continues for the group of Laurent Battles, which can already count on a quality workforce. With the arrivals this summer of Ibrahim Sissoko, Dylan Batubinsika, and the final recruitments of Niels Nkounkou and Mathieu Cafaro, the ambitions are clear for the Greens: to return to the elite next season.
