Fiorentina Excludes Sofyan Amrabat from Future Plans; Atletico Madrid Shows Interest

In recent news, it has been reported by Il Corriere dello Sport that Sofyan Amrabat, the talented Moroccan midfielder, is no longer part of Fiorentina’s plans for the upcoming season. The player’s attitude and various rumors surrounding his potential departure have led to a strained relationship between the club and the player, resulting in his exclusion from the team’s future projects.

Amrabat, who showcased his skills during the past World Cup, will now have to find a new team for the summer transfer window. According to the Italian newspaper, his behavior in the dressing room over the past few months, coupled with the belief that the rumors regarding his departure were fueled by his own entourage, has led the club’s management to grow tired of the situation.

With the player now in search of a new club, there are already potential suitors lining up for his services. One of them is Atletico Madrid, as revealed by AS. It seems that Amrabat is attracted to the idea of donning the iconic red and white jersey, and the Madrid-based club is actively seeking a player of his style. They are closely monitoring the situation, hoping that Fiorentina sets an affordable price for the midfielder.

Additionally, there have been reports of interest from Manchester United, as well as clubs from Saudi Arabia. In fact, Amrabat’s brother, Nordin Amrabat, confirmed this in an interview with ESPN, stating that while Sofyan intends to stay in Europe, there are also lucrative offers from Arab clubs.
